CHOOSING EXTERIOR PAINT COLORS
Choosing a paint color is difficult - especially when you are selecting one for your entire house. No one wants to regret their color choice.
Unfortunately, the small size of the paint color samples can make it difficult to envision what that color will look like on your house. Some paint colors also look different on a full sun wall vs on a shaded wall.
We have added this new feature to the website to help in this process - actual photos of homes in Civano that have recently been painted. We hope this helps. Enjoy!
There are many approved body and trim colors to choose from displayed on the wall of the HOA office. Make sure you ask the HOA office staff about the steps in the process involved in getting approval to paint your home which includes completing an application and possible Design Review Committee approval.

Take a quality photo of your home showing the main body color trim colors, and garage door color if possible. Make a detailed list of the colors you chose for each part of your home (body, trim, garage door, property wall, etc.) Please include the full name of the color, the manufacture's color code, and what part of the house was painted that color.
